The spearmint 3 pouches have helped me wanted the urge to pick up a 🚬. I stopped smoking 6/15/25 for health reasons & started with 21mg patches, gum & lozenges. I'm now on 14mg patches gum & the pouches I've ordered. They immediately curve my urge & last longer than the gum. I will reorder another 5 pack ASAP ☺️.
I'm new to the pouch game. I'm an unflavored guy. I've tried Zimo, FRE, ON and ZYN. Rated in overall satisfaction: #1 ZYN Smooth. Great! Thin, comfortable in the mouth, nice kick and great aftertaste. Least amount of gum irritation. Wish they came 20 to a can. #2 ON It's great for being small, discreet and good long gradual release. The rest are ok and get the job done. Mix them in occasionally.

These are much higher quality than the 3 and 6 mg zyn I am used to 10/10 recommend to anyone that enjoys these at lower strength. respect the pouch :)
These are much better than the US version of Coffee. They have a more subtle sweetness to them that isn’t overpowering. The nicotine release is more stable too. The price is outrageous but the quality is there. I would recommend using SnusDaddy or SnusMe websites for access to different brand pouches for 1/4th the price of these. I’m giving these a 4/5.
I was surprised when I opened these blueberry zyns, to find that these were not your traditional zyn. They’re much thicker and firmer than say the citrus or coffee pouches. The flavor is good! It definitely tastes like blueberry. But the pouch is just a bit too thick for my taste and for my upper lip. I like them, but not as discreet as regular ones.
Pouches are more full then normal and provide a longer lasting, better tasting experience.
Moist, strong, no irritation. Great product. Swedish is the best.
