Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and holidays).

If we experience a high volume of orders, inventory verification needs, or operational delays, processing may take longer. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email using the contact information provided at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has shipped.

Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs (international shipments), or other events outside of our control. If your package is delayed, please use the tracking link first. If you need help, contact us at sales@shopcld.com.

Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, you may be responsible for additional reshipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can’t locate it:

  • Check with neighbors/building staff and around the delivery area

  • Contact the carrier to open a claim

If you still need assistance, email sales@shopcld.com with your order number and tracking details. We will do our best to help, but we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
